Trainee lawyer

- a series of training of those preparing to practice as a lawyer. Trainee legal situation vis Act 1982. Law on the Bar , as well as Resolution No. 22/2005 of the Supreme Bar Council of 3 September 2005, Application Rules Bar . In its current form the Act training lasts 3 years and recently moved away from mandatory practices (held usually in units of the ordinary courts), which was the subject of debate in the columns of the environment.
